What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Paypal ,Visa, Mastercard, American Express , Diners Club, Checks & Money Orders.

Is it safe to order from this website ?

Cardbarrel.com is extremely secure . One of the reasons we choose this new shopping cart and

hosting company was because of its state of the art security features.

As a customer when where you type in your credit card number , there should be an "s" after "http" in the URL

That indicates that the site used encrytion technology, which scrambles information , such as credit card

number to protect it from hackers.

We also dont store anyone's credit card information.

With the amount of security breaches we felt there was no need to keep anyone's

CC information on our site. In fact all we know after a transaction is last 4 digits.

If paying with Paypal you go directly to their site and return after making payment .

What is your return policy ?

You are welcome to return any item you are not completely happy with for

a complete refund . We have a 30 day return policy.

Do I need to log in to place order?

No, you do not need to log in as you can order as a guest but we

highly recommend registering as there are many benefits .

What is cost for shipping?

USA Orders are $3.75 p/h if less then $50 . Over $50 are free p/h.

We also offer optional Prioirity mail shipping for a small premium.

Canada orders are a flat $14 p/h . Prioirty Shipping also available.

When should I expect my order to be shipped?

Shipping an order really depends on many factors.

Some orders are shipped out in 1 day while others can take up to a week. It depends on the complexity and size of the order.

Remember cards have to be manually pulled from shelf.

Usually orders that only involve a few different products are shipped right away while another order of say 200 different Ripken cards can take awhile to process.

Majority of orders are shipped about 3 to 4 days after we receive payment.

Most orders are received about 7-10 days after payment is made.

Why are some cards sold out when I go to checkout?

While cards are in your cart they are still available to others to purchase. This is

why we highly recommend not leaving items in cart for too long.

How are packages shipped?

Orders are generally shipped out First Class mail. We do offer upgrades to

Prioirity mail in checkout.

What are Reward Points?

Reward Points are awarded for registered users.

Basically you receive one point for each card you purchase.

You can redeem the points for store credit. Each point is equal to 1 cent.

Example : 3,000 points would equal $30.

minimum points needed to convert is 2,000 points

When you have at least 2,000 points or more to redeem let me know and ill convert the points to a Gift Certificate

You will receive one point for each card purchased..
